All sales are final. We do not issue or process refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Damaged or defective items may be returned at your expense for replacement at no charge. MAC does not accept returns for other reasons nor refunds.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and your shipping method is trackable, a postal investigation will need to occur before we are able to provide a solution.
Claims for replacement copies will be honored if the request is received within 120 days of the order date for books.
Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges and replacements will be issued if the item has been received damaged or lost in transit after evaluation.
