Shipping policy

MAC ships internationally to all locations available through Canada Post. A list of current shipping restrictions and disruptions is available here.

Real-time Canada Post rates (based on the weight, size, and destination) and shipping options are displayed at check-out.

The method of shipping cannot be changed once your order is shipped.

Contact the MAC Business Office if you need to use your own shipping account. There are no consignment shipments.

All shipping is subject to a processing time of approximately 2 days (this is included in the delivery date estimate displayed at checkout). We typically process and ship orders 1-2 times per week.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Tracking (if available with your selected shipping method) will shared via email and viewable on your customer account. 

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address for your order and will be asked to pay any additional shipping cost on orders that are returned because of a bad or incomplete address or a refused delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We cannot open any claims with the post until the estimated shipping time has passed.
